friendster and this and that
the hype with friendster is slowly starting to wear off.. i need to find something else to keep me plugged. im so hungry right now and can feel my stomach rumble away. gonna eat dinner in a few minutes time and then set off on a reality tv spree. wheee! first up, queer eye for the str8 guy, followed by survivor pearl islands! missed last wk's episode cos of the exams. darn. but i catch up very quickly where shows of this genre are concerned.

i pray for my uncle to finally marry
mum called grandpa in spore yesterday to wish him happy birthday. found out that my uncle finally has a girlfriend(!!!) cool or what. wellwell. hes ageing, fast, and has been crazily in love with his career he hasnt really found time for anything else. since young, i told myself i would become that little flowergirl at his wedding. then time past, and as i grew older, i had no choice but to aspire to maybe be the bridesmaid instead. and then somemore time passed. and my grandmother had began to get very worried. why hasnt her baby son gotten a girlfriend?? (well actually he did have a few, but thats not the point.) girlfriend by definition to my grandmother would mean a wife capable of producing offspring.

well well. im so proud of my uncle. even though i may well be too old to be a bridesmaid by the time he marries, im still proud of him. i really hope he gets married soon though. i havent been to a wedding in ages and its high time he did anyway.

its time he gave his young, deprived,financially unstable nieces and nephews the over-due hongbaos on chinese new year.
