We live in a weird world huh?

The normalization of Rape.
The concept of Rape has disturbingly become the norm. Nowadays we become almost immune to it and its pretty much a regular thing that takes place everyday. Its strangely become acceptable. Well, not acceptable in the sense that women go out and scream 'rape me' but acceptable in the sense that its so common its normal. 'She got raped'- aw really? so what?

Rape is not about sex at all, except in a narrow sense that sexual activity is involved:rape is a matter of power. Studies of rapists show that they are no more sexually frustrated than other men, and that they differ little from other men except in their hostilitty towards women.
Moreover, most rapes are planned and can hardly therefore be explained in terms of an outburst of sexual desire (Jureidini et al, 2003).

It is pure bullshit when rapists say they cannot control their primal male urges of sexual desire (Kam, 2004).
