another historic date!
i was sitting patiently watching the various countries go by waiting for singapore to pass by
wait and wait and wait...so damn long
i was trying to figure out if they announced the countries by alphabetical order..then great britan came in between mauritiaus and malaysia. or something to that effect la

and when they finally called out singapore in the 3 different languages
i was on tv alert
i sat up straight, dumped my packet of chips on the floor (ok, table) and stared straight at the screen for familiar faces..
ay but it was barely 5 seconds?
and they only gave a close shot of the flag bearer..ronald suiloso badminton something..argh..they gave an ariel view of the immense obiang redness that we were but didnt go any closer. argh.


i think the singapore national suits/uniforms (or whatever u might wanna call them) are absolut-ly hedious la.... too much unclassy red! shockingly potent red. eeek sg shld get a new design costume person.
